Cristiano Ronaldo has named newly purchased AC Milan striker Andre Silva as his heir with the national team.
Silva, 21, joined the Italians from FC Porto for a reported €38 million fee after undergoing a medical on Monday.

The former Porto striker has found the back of the net seven times from eight appearances in an impressive start to his burgeoning international career.
Ronaldo has now said Silva will not be lacking goal due to the presence of Silva.

"When I retire, Portugal will be in good hands because they have already found a great striker: Andre Silva," Ronaldo told Gazzetta dello Sport.
Ronaldo has named his successor
Silva scored 21 goals in all competitions for Porto last season.
He will play alongside his iconic international team-mate at the Confederations Cup in Russia this month.
